Welcome to the Spring 2026 edition of ‘PT NEWS WITH NEIL’ !
It’s the changing of the seasons and as we look forward to the Summer perhaps we might start to review our fitness goals. We may have set our goals from January, full of enthusiasm and fresh impetus. However we might question:
- Are we on track?
- Have we lost our way?
- Have we stopped making progress?
- Are we bored with our routine?
- Do we need some support?
So I decided to introduce for Newsletter Subscribers a NEW Programme to help with that:
It’s called: BUILT FOR SUMMER
It is a 12 week programme designed to make those improvements and meet your fitness goals which might be:
